Writing to a guide: three different requests

В мені · VMENI · Updated · 2 min read

Build a message around one intention: ask about terms, clarify a boundary or cancel an arrangement. For a first contact, the format you want and a few questions are enough; your medical history and private journal are not needed.

First-meeting enquiry

“Hello! I am interested in a first nail-standing meeting. Are you currently offering sessions? Please explain the format, location, full cost, equipment and cancellation terms. How can I finish participation at any point?”

A boundary request

“I would like a meeting without photographs or video, with an explanation before any touch. Can we agree this?” Name the condition directly. You do not need to add personal justifications you do not want to share.

Cancellation

“I am cancelling our appointment on [date and time]. Please confirm receipt and the next steps under our agreed terms.” Add a request for another date only if you actually want one; do not promise rescheduling just to soften a refusal.

One focused follow-up

If the address and fee are answered but finishing is missing, ask only: “Thank you; how do we finish when I request it?” You need not repeat the whole message or argue why an essential unknown matters. Booking may wait.

Avoid mass disclosure

A short shared checklist may compare formats, but each person may need a different key question. Do not copy private details into a mass message or add people to shared correspondence. First contact opens a conversation; it need not lead immediately to payment.

Closing the conversation

“Thank you for explaining; I am not choosing this format now.” Settle any payment or booking separately. If accepting, confirm date, time and terms. Friendly conversation alone is not a booking, and asking a question is not consent to advertising or a community invitation.
